  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). However, during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing time may vary. We strive to process orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery. 

Shipping Methods and Rates:

  • We offer various shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and the destination of your order.
  • We partner with reputable shipping carries to ensure your order is delivered safely and efficiently. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery. 

Domestic Shipping:

  • Standard Shipping: 1-2 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days

International Shipping:

  • Standard International Shipping: 10-15 business days
  • Express International Shipping: 5-7 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.


Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
  • You can track your order directly on our website or via the carrier’s website using the tracking number provided.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • Orders cannot be shipped to multiple addresses. If you require items to be sent to different locations, please place separate orders for each address.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

  • Handmade by Marconi is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages:

  • Handmade by Marconi is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
